KaRfli is a creative way of working that participants experience as something that liberates them from daily worries, works inspiringly, and sparks creativity in all sorts of areas. At KaRfli, you don’t have to do anything at all; it’s mostly just very pleasant to do. The simplicity of KaRfli makes creativity accessible to everyone. Participants indicate that physical and psychological complaints experienced daily are reduced and that they manage to create something they didn’t think they were capable of.
KaRfli focuses on the interface between boundaries and complete freedom, allowing a state of flow to emerge. By tapping into this subconscious process and letting it be, it’s possible to get in touch with our feelings. This feeling, this intuition, is often considered subordinate to cognition—or thinking—because it is difficult to explain. Our feeling becomes subordinate to thinking, which means we don’t fully allow a large part of ourselves.

KaRfli stimulates the return to and connection with feeling by temporarily pausing the thinking process and being engaged with your emotions. Because the thinking process is gone for a moment, you can be completely in the moment, allowing participants to experience peace. KaRfli is not a subject; you can’t fail it and you don’t get a grade. It is a way, a process, a method in which you can get closer to yourself.
The KaRfli way lies exactly on the interface between boundaries and complete freedom with the goal of:
– Stimulating peace;
– Creating relaxation;
– Learning to appreciate the making process (again);
– Letting creativity surface.
At KaRfli, everyone has room to develop their own style or identity. Participants are amazed by what they have made and indicate that the stress and blocks they were struggling with have diminished. KaRfli helps participants find new energy that can then be used to move forward in stalled processes.
We hope that KaRfli can inspire you too.
